Glenn was very helpful and keept in touch via phone from the moment the parts to my vehicle were ordered. I truly appreciate the great deal of care that was put into taking care of my vehicle. I would also like to thank you for taking the time to wash the entire vehicle including the tires. It looked so nice and back to beautifl yesterday when I picked it up (so sad that it rained this morning; but we need the rain.) I only have one suggestion to you; when sending text messages, please ensure that the correct name is being addressed. The Cadillac Escalade is under my name and I (Franciela Marin-****) made the necessary arrangements; but the text messages sent were addressed to on 04/20 first message. Hi John your Cadillac is happy here, second message on 04/21, Hi John your Cadillac is all fixed and ready to come home!! third message on 04/23, Thank you John for allowing us to repair your Cadillac. We enjoyed working with you. My name was never used on any of the emails, like I mentioned earlier; I made all the arrangements to get the Escalade to you. Please ensure this does not happen to anyone else. Thank you Service King for efficient and timely work, my car looks better than when it came in!! And, most importantly, it was completely stress free as well as being done prior to the due date. I loved not having to jump through hoops and tie up lose ends. Not having to worry about paperwork and communicating with the insurance agency was a huge relief for me. In addition, thank you for taking care of the rental car return; how easy was that! Love it. Although I never want to be back in the center for obvious reasons.
