I appreciated that the staff was always in contact to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I picked up my car earlier than expected and I was very happy with the results. Although I’ve only had it back **** day all seems to be great but Henry did say that if I experience any problems to come back and let them know. I found this to be very comforting because it shows that they really stand behind their service. Thanks so much for the great work.. Connie

Everything was handled very professionally. Extremely courteous staff and I was kept well informed. No surprises and my car looks great. I hope I never have to but if I did I would use Service King again and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service.

Very disappointed with service and time frame it Took 3 months to get my car back., first because Employee felt in medical leave and no one knew What was going on with my car., then Henry took Over but he didn't know where Clayton left off , he couldn't get in to his computer To look up what they were charging for or what insurance still Owed., then my car sat for **** ****/2 months just cause They couldn't figure out what was owed from insurance They finally paid., said my car was ready., when I went to pick up The door in back jamed., so I had to leave it again ., Also when they took door off., they left my car exposed And a film of white dest was all inside my car., they cleaned As best they could ., but who leaves a 100,000 car expoed

Paint didn’t match on lower two tone. And your service writer acted like it was no big deal. And said my wife said don’t worry about it. This is the 3d time I’ve taken a car or truck there and it absolutely amazes me the sub par paint work that comes out of there. In my paint company if I was to do this I would not be in business anymore. And I do not want to talk with the service writer we dealt with. This will be the last time I trust you with my car, I will take it to someone who’s standards are the same as mine not with that “it will fly attitude “

I believe the true test of quality service is not necessarily just about getting the job done, but also the response time and the actions taken when issues come up. I was getting some pushback from insurance/rental company regarding the length of time needed to complete the repairs. After removing the bumper it was clear that there was more damage than originally estimated by Geico and Service King stepped up and made sure that I did not incur any additional expenses unnecessarily. Everyone there was professional but Henry was especially attentive and went the extra mile in representing Service King's commitment to customer care. And my truck looks amazing :) Thank you.

This is the only place I trust my car to be repaired at. I know they will do a thorough and complete job to ensure I am back on the road as soon as possible. All of the people working in the office are so friendly and willing to help as soon as you walk in. Getting into an accident can be quite the headache but having my car repaired with Service King Spring Branch puts my mind at ease through the whole process.

A three day repair pre-schefuled (19 days in advance) took eleven days to complete. KATHY was very professional and was attempting to cover too many jobs and customers.
