They did a great job and were finished with the repairs way ahead of schedule. Marco was great at keeping us informed as to the status of the repairs. He also saved us from future issues with our car by informing us about our car battery that needed to be replaced. This has no relevance to our repair and yet it allowed us to be proactive.

I appreciated being kept up to date via text re how my repairs were going. But I wish I had received a confirming text when it was actually ready. And I just realized that they didn't ask for my insurance check so I'll have to go back.

I was completely sastified with my whole experience until the end when I went to pick up my car. Employees were not very friendly. Nobody went over what was done on my car. Just simply left my keys at the front desk and let me walk out. I did appreciate the updates, the flexibility of the service.

I made an appointment through GEICO and I was assured that a GEICO representative would be present for my initial inspection. When I arrived I was informed that the GEICO rep was out on vacation. I mentioned to the employee that helped me that the windshield on my vehicle needed to be replaced as Well. I was assured that he would communicate with geico rep. When I picked up my vehicle today my windshield was not replaced. When I mentioned that to the geico rep he stated nobody told him anything about that. Lack of communication on all ends.
