From the moment I walked in, everyone was great! Thank you Daniel for the great service when you gave us the estimate. My daughter thought you were awesome and it’s difficult to impress a 17 year old girl! Will be back I’m sure. With 4 young drivers, someone is always wrecking a car! Lol!

We have been twice to pick up the car when it was said it was completed. The first time the brake light was on and the guard underneath the hood was hanging down. Second time the guard was not replaced yet reattached but still broken. We have not picked up the car yet after two attempts

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was not informed my car needed to be kept longer. No one would return my calls when I called about the status of my car. There is scuff marks on my car when I picked it up and my bumper was not placed on correctly. I will never return to Service King.

Hire a new receptionist, she is very rude and unpleasant.The last thing you want to deal with us someone insensitive to what you're going through. Just my 2 cents. On a different note the gentleman that helped me in replacement of the gentleman who was supppose to was very helpful and displayed exceptional customer service. I wish I remembered hisname but he wore glasses maybe mid 20s early 30s Caucasian. Sorry I don't remember your name but thanks for everything.

My service advisor Bill Presnell was the best part of my experience of getting my car repaired. He kept me informed during the whole process and got my car fixed when he said he would. Bill deserves a raise.

The body work on the car is excellent. The lady at the front is very friendly and took care of getting the paperwork started and finalized. Unfortunately if she told me her name I don’t remember other than she is from Georgia. The Service Advisor, Brett, explained about any issues with the car and kept me up to date. He has a very calm, laid back personality that listens and answers questions. That is a very good quality to have when dealing with all kinds of personalities. I really liked receiving the text messages with updates. I hope I don’t have future vehicles that need to be fixed, but if it does happen I will definitely bring them to the Service King in Mansfield!!!
