Justin was great, the work was completed way ahead of schedule. Justin had a tech look at window issue and took care you guys went way above and beyond my expectations, my vehicle looks great, highly recommend you guys to anyone needing repairs.

The repair job was better than expected! The updates throughout the repair process were at a very reasonable rate. The person I was in direct contact with through the repair process was calling a reasonable number of times and always kept kept me updated and was very courteous and polite on the phone. If I ever need repairs like this again I would definitely use them again.

Jeff was great throughout the process. In addition to the the text updates , he called me explaining findings and options for the repair. He even mentioned an unrelated mechanical thing and advised me to check it. He assisted with the rental process too. Best Service I've ever had from a body shop. The repair looks great great to me. So thanks to the shop for that too. I will recommend Service King and particularly this Location .

.I asked if the cost was much over my deductible if 500 dollars and was told yes the total was 509. I would of paid it and not used allstate if that was the case. As far as michael he was excellent very nice, worked to get car done quickly.very customer service oriented

There is something all over the hood and top of my car that wasn't there before the repair. I tried wiping it off but it's not coming off. It makes the car look dirty.
