You got my truck into the shop very quickly which is a relief when you've had an accident. The repair schedule was met and I was kept informed at every step. Thanks, my truck looks brand new again and I appreciate the effort made get it that way, right down to the wheel dressing.

This is my second time having my car fixed here. And everyme is so accommodating and friendly! It's very convenient and I love that it's a one stop shop. I'm in and out of there with my rental car in no time. I will definately refer others and if I ever need anything I will only take my car here.

Randy was excellent, he definitely made me feel like service was a priority for him. I loved getting the updates by text. The accident I had wasn't huge but it is a hassle getting a repair done and I was not looking forward to it. Service King made it all very easy.

I'm glad to have the opportunity to rave about the staff at the Mesa location on baseline was. Ryan went above and beyond and Answered all of my questions, help me understand the repairs for my car, call to give me updates and at the end made sure that I was completely satisfied. I went home and posted a pic of my car and a thank you to my friend dawn Morris an employee who works there for telling me about Service King. I am also thankful for Ryan's help and the ease of doing business with you. Including the front desk gal and the enterprise rent a car guy. Thank you Cheryl H

WELL THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THE REPAIR PEOPLE THAT PUT MY CAR BACK TOGETHER DID A GREAT JOB BECAUSE I DID NOT THINK IT COULD BE REPAIRED AND LOOK LIKE NEW AND IT LOOKS REAL GOOD.

We had a great experience with Service King. The only thing that was inconvenient was that it took 11 days to get my car back for repairs that were not very extensive. But the car looks and runs great now. Thanks!
