Thank you to the team who repaired all the scratches and the dent on the rear door. It looks exceptional. Brian, your daily updates were helpful,keeping me informed of the repair progress. My truck was ready earlier than expected. I was very happy and proud to drive out of the lot in my newly painted ruck.

When calling main line, receptionist seems to hold no basic knowledge of processes. I was called Friday afternoon and told vehicle ready. Once headed there I was called again and told there was mechanical issue on my brand new car with less than 200 miles on it because someone drained transmission fluid too low. No idea why transmission fluid was drained and then drained too low and risked damage test driving it after collision repairs complete. Very concerned of possible future issues with it being driven like that. Final cost of the repairs was higher than told over phone, despite the estimate being for a 9-10 day process that actually was repaired in a couple of days. Seems very fishy and not sure that I trust the final cost given on the overall repair.

Mike provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the repairs. He kept us informed regularly on the progress and the repairs were done faster than anticipated. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of the repairs was excellent.
