Robert was very professional and kept me up to date with the progress of our vehicle which was a first for us. When Robert noticed something on the repair he didn't like he took it back immediately to get buffed out and came back looking great. Just things like that is the reason I always go back to Service King and continue to recommend you guys to friends and family. God bless and thanks again.

There was overspray on my car that appeared like someone tried to buff off. Long scratches on the top of my car into the clear coat that were not there and the back door wasn't seated right. Too late to fix though. I already had made plans to trade car in today and had put money down. I was impressed with the Mazda but the work on the Cruze was disappointing.

I wasn't satisfied with the complete work done on my car. I went to pick up my vehicle today and looked under the hood to examine the front end repairs & noticed the wind shield container was empty & missing the cap I asked the service advisor to put fluid in the container and noticed it was a leak. I left my car at Service King I was not completely satisfied with the service.

I will never be taking any of my vehicles to the Tolleson location ever again. I am still in disbelief at how someone can take a vehicle in for TWO repairs and then have the shop tell them it's ready for pickup when there has only been ONE repair completed. The other thing that amazes me, and not in a good way, is that the person washing the vehicle prior to customer pickup can say that they didn't SEE or FEEL the dent that was in the bumper! One of the two reasons why it was there in the first place. Completely disappointed with every aspect of the Tolleson location.

Excellent customer service from the front desk staff to the "intake" staff who handle my car very well. There was constant communication. Not once did I feel worried about my car wondering when I would hear back from service king. Everything came out stunning! If I ever need any kind of repairs in the future I will definitely come back to service king!
