All around fantastic experience, really appreciated regular text updates and calls. Car looks better than ever. The gentleman who helped was extremely helpful and friendly as well. I'm awful with names but he had mentioned he formerly worked for Mercedes. Would just like to make sure he receives credit for providing a great customer experience.

Jon was amazing. Thanks for getting my truck back like new.

My only complaint is that they didn't let me know I needed to authorize repairs on my vehicle which resulted in a one-week stall in repair time, but otherwise the customer service was great and the text reminders/updates were nice, it allowed me to keep my normal schedule without worrying about the status of my vehicle.

I mentioned a chip on the back bumper that I wanted fixed since I was getting repairs anyway. Jon Francis did the estimate and said there would be no problem. I asked them when they told me the painting was complete. The guy said he would check because it wasn't mentioned in the contract. He later said he brushed it in. The chip is still visible but at least the color is matching. I probably will not use your service again.

Both Jeff and Rob adjuster were great...excellent customer treatment...polite kept me notified of steps and had my vehicle ready in less time than expected...greeat turn around time...thank you!!!

Dennis and the entire staff of service king were awesome to work with. Being a car enthusiast, it's not easy to trust other people with my car. I have put a lot of time and work into my car and its hard to find a shop that will care as much as you. However, the staff at Service King quickly put any concerns I had at ease. They were all very friendly and more than willing to answer my questions. Dennis kept me constantly updated about the progress of my car and you could tell he was genuinely interested and engaged. He clearly takes pride in his work and really wants to see that the customer is happy with the end result. He even gave me a tour of the shop and explained each stage the cars go through. It's great to find a shop where customer satisfaction is a top priority. The work was top notch. The car looks fresh from the factory. I was really pleased at how they even cared about the small details. My car was super dirty when I brought it to them. They washed and really cleaned up my car and even went as far as to use tire shine and clean the wheels. (which I can attest is a real pain to do, brake dust is nuts with Fiesta STs) I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop to friends, they do fantastic work. Car accidents are never fun, but you guys made the process a whole lot easier. 100% satisfied. Thanks so much!
