The repair itself looks excellent. Alyssa was fantastic in regard to keeping me informed with updates. BUT: My odometer was at 1348 when I picked up my truck. That's an additional 112 miles on my odometer on my brand new truck. Gas gauge went from full to ¾. There was also damage to the driver's door edge protector (clear bra) that was not there when I dropped it off. My truck was completed on 9/14, but I work out of town and could not pick it up until 9/18 in the evening. I was informed that it was being washed on 9/18 in the morning. Why would it need a wash on 9/18 when it was ready 9/14? Because someone took my truck out over the weekend and put over 100 miles on it, that's why! :( :( :(

I am so happy with the repairs on my baby! I had a great experience from the moment I stepped in the door. I felt that Service King always had my best interest at heart. Tyler was awesome in communicating with me about everything that was going on with my Jeep, every step of the way. I felt that my concerns were his concerns..... thank you, thank you, Service King!
