We were very happy and satisfied with the service we got from Service King. From the day we contacted Service King, dropped the car off and picked it up we were very pleased. The staff was pleasentt, helpful and informative and we were very happy with daily updates via text messages. We highly recommend Service King and will be sure to promote the business.

Eric and the office were freeway to work with through out the process of my vehicle repaired. My vehicle looks great and the staff made my vehicle looks as good as new! I highly recommend Service King on Bell road!

I got my car back yesterday and there are a few things I'm not satisfied with. One main one is the fact that the windshield wipers don't work anymore. The driver side windshield wiper flew off this morning during a rainstorm, and the other one doesn't work at all. I'm not sure how Service King will respond.

Eric Fagyas's update and communication was excellent. He kept me updated with the process of my vehicle, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. Matt Willson did an amazing job on my vehicle. All the damaged have been restored/replaced and the car looks brand new! I will be recommending this shop to friends and family in the future.

I had my repair done through State Farm and loved how Service King worked with both State Farm and Hertz Rental to give me a 'one stop shop' experience that made everything simple and stress-free. Kelly was great with keeping me updated on the repair process and explaining everything thoroughly, and Chelsea (I believe that's her name) at the front desk was super friendly and great to work with as well.
