I think it's great that you guys offer text message alerts. Simple yet creative way to communicate about the status of my car! My car was ready around the time I was told and expected it would be. It was a very easy and friendly experience. I would come back here again if I need to do any repairs on my vehicle. Just wish you guys had car options so I would have been able to rent a vehicle I was comfortable with, but luckily I didn't need one so it worked out either way.
