My wife and I are very disappointed to find that Michael King, our service representative, who was and has been extremely professional, courteous, helpful, diligent, informative, and made our previous two vehicle repairs a great experience at Service King, is no longer working for Service King. My wife was expecting him to hand over the keys to her minivan. That would have completed an already awesome experience. It's a shame to have lost such a great employee.

Great people and great service only thing I can say is tires should not be replaced one at a time they should always be replaced in pairs. If the insurance company won't replace it which I think is a little wild it should at least be offered to the owner of the car if they want to pay for the second so the tires on both sides have matching tread. Overall not a bad experience
