Mike, Ken, and Charisma took amazing care of us!! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and the daily updates I received. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience. Communication updates are very helpful. Also I was impressed with how quick the work was performed. I also really enjoyed the Christian music playing at the thunderbird office.

Please do not say the vehicle will be ready on a Friday and then make a surprise call on Tuesday and say " your car is ready". I can appreciate it being early BUT I scheduled a trip based on your timeline and it cost me extra money for a rent car.

Michael King and Chrissma was very nice and patience with me while I asked a lot of questions. My car look wonderful and I got my car back earlier than I expected. I would definitely recommend the Thunderbird location.
