Service King at the 101 and Thunderbird had a very friendly and professional atmosphere. We were treated as customers throughout the entire process (not as a number as other repair locations,). Communications and updates during the repair was greatly appreciated. Our car, which was rear- ended, looked brand new when completed! Highly recommend this facility to anyone who requires repair work.

Don was the representative that assisted me from Service King and he made the experience with your company excellent! He followed up with phone calls and text messages regarding the progress of my vehicle. Don's customer service was extradonary because he did the little extra! The actual work on the vehicle was top notch. I can not tell there was any work done, it looks beautiful. The receptionist, another asset to your company. I didn't expect them to wash my car. That was nice. When I got my car back, however, my low air pressure alert was on for my tires. It would have been nice if they took care of that aswell - but was not necessary as that is not why I took it there. Good job on the repairs.
