When I picked the car up I left your shop and went approximately 2 miles and the car overheated… The radiator was almost dry. Because it was Saturday I had to get it fixed myself because your shop only had one employee working on Saturday and she was busy getting cars back to customers. Also the battery was disconnected to do the repairs and the technician broke the positive terminal battery cover because when I open the hood with the radiator issue I saw the cover in the engine bay by the master cylinder. There was quite a bit of rubbing compound in the seams. The final issue is the steering wheel is crooked when the car is going straight. The repair on the bodywork was done very well and I’m happy with that color match is great and I had them do a few other things and those were done very well. This is the second time I’ve sent this and still nobody
has called me which disappoints me greatly not sure you guys really care and
are committed to customer satisfaction.

The actual work was beautifully done. But while my car was there it got scratches on the driver side door I already had some previous scratches on there as well but now I got more and the Receptionist told me that there were scratches so l would like to talk to someone and see if anything can be done. Nice work but...two miles from your shop car overheated, radiator was 2 gallons low, I called your shop but the only employee on Saturday was busy so I bit the bullet and had it towed and fixed at Kens Tire and Auto around 11:15 on Saturday, when you disconnected battery it broke the positive terminal cover, found it in the engine compartment lodged next to master cylinder when I popped hood to see why it overheated, buffing compound in most of the seams.
Happy with body work very well done and good color match, good job on seams.
