Great customer service! I wish the turn around would have been a bit faster. I was told it would take longer to pick up because the **** machine was broken and it backed them up a few days.

Car came back very clean. They washed exterior. I didn't have a front license plate holder when dropped off and had it zipped tied. They order me a new holder and when I can to pick up they asked if I wanted to have installed and did it right away. I love updates that I got via text during the process and the fact I could drop off my rental car from enterprise and enterprise took care of picking up car.

I felt the minute I walked thru the door, Alex made me aware he used to work for Geico, which was the other persons ins. So automatically it made me very uneasy with knowing I was going to get the best possible service. So, fyi... Keep information such as this to yourself.
