I have never been to service king where they were on time or realistic with their time estimates. Knowing this, I called three separate times to check the completion date estimate. They didn't change it until 2 hours before they said I would be able to pick it up. I would not mind if my car took longer to complete however I do mind that I was not kept apprised of the changes and it impacted my plans.
