Sawyer was awesome to work with. He was very friendly and had great communication. I really like the daily text messages for status and the calls from Sawyer to update me on progress. My car repair looks perfect and the extra care taken to detail the entire car after the repair as and unexpected plus. Will definitely use service king in the future for repairs if needed. It turned what started out as a bad situation into an easy to work with fix. I also appreciate the easy of scheduling and estimate scheduling. Only thing I was a little disappointed in is that the service king in Leander 2 mins from my house did the estimate, but then couldn't do the work because of being way over booked, but in end using the Georgetown location worked out fine because of the exceptional experience.
