I was towed my car would be ready in one day and when I never got a call, I went to the shop to pick up my truck at the end of the day. It was not ready and I had to get a rental car. I wish I had gotten a call mid day saying they would need the car one more night. Just would've been nice to have communication

It has been great experience having my car repaired at Service King! I am a short young looking lady and many times over looked at other auto shops. I really appreciate being immediately acknowledged when I walk in the door and treated with respect. I will be bringing back my car on Monday at 8am. The was a scratch on my newly painted bumper thst I spoke to Mike about. I wasn't so sure it was worth leaving my car. But by the time I got home one of the clips above the light must have unclipped or something on the drive home. I need to have this looked at.

It was great to know my baby was in good hands and that the people who were repairing her cared about her too.
