My husband was hit from behind on the freeway last week. They towed our car to Service King on Deer Valley and we explained that we were supposed to be driving home for Christmas and were bummed that we were going to have to take a small rental car. Our advisor and his assistant, Michael and Hailey, went out of their way to make sure our car was fixed and all finished before our trip! In less than a week we are good as new. If you ever need a GREAT collision repair shop, use Service King. They texted updates daily, called and gave us feedback, and made us comfortable with the process from start to finish. ???? ???????? Santa's Sleigh is on its way! We are so happy ????

The service was fantastic with one exception. I had requested they provide me with a quote probably complete some additional work to the door of my vehicle. Unfortunately nobody followed up with me on this. Now I will have to incur additional inconvenience and probably costs in getting this work done separately. When i dropped my car off the area was marked up as needing work so I am not sure how it was overlooked.

Although I ended up having to leave my car there for another night, I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. The manager and staff did more than right by me, doing everything possible to mitigate any inconvenience without my even having to ask. That is why I would not hesitate to recommend my Service King shop to any of my friends or family. By the way, I still got my car back earlier than I thought I would! Thank you for the great service!
