I have dealt with Bob K at the office on LaSalle for several years and in my opinion he is s great asset to your company. He is easy to work always going the extra mile. I will always use service king on LaSalle for my car repairs because of Bob. The repair guys are great - my vehicles always look great and I do not like driving a vehicle that looks like it has been wrecked. Bob keeps me well informed and up to date on what is going on when my vehicle is in the shop. You have a awesome employee in Bob K.

Robert was very professional and courteous. I had tried for 3 weeks with Gainesco to get my car repaired for it was a hazard to drive and he got me in a rental car and my car in the shop within appx 30 min. Please relay my thanks to him and all of your employees
