Loved the service and keeping me updated on the car . Only thing i would suggest is laying all the details out . My car received a body paint and i wasn’t informed that the bumpers(front and rear) wouldn’t be painted , the two tone color looks unprofessional . Also, if i needed to come out of pocket in order for my whole car to be painted i should of been told that .

I like communication! It was great throughout. Also they "detailed" my interior, dash, etc. Irrelevant to the repair, but nice!

Hit a Deer on 7 Jan. Was able to get an appt on 15 Jan. My truck was restored to new and returned to me on 20 Jan. It snowed twice that week, but they still got it done quick. I was texted throughout the whole process on the status. Never felt like I had to call them to find out when things were happening. Best Customer Service I have seen. Thanks.

Staff was great and really friendly. The guy who handled the quotes for my truck kept me up to date with everything and never stayed on the phone to long because he’s somehow able to tell you everything you could ever need to know in under a minute. I loved that guy
