Car was scheduled to be ready on 3.3.17 and was not ready. Today is 3.16.17. I picked car up today and it was still not ready. I gave them an additional two weeks and car was still not complete. I understand that car repairs take time but it's been almost a month. This is just unacceptable!!! Now my radio does not work because nobody not even Chevy could get it to work...

When I received my car back, my airbag light was on and my interior was filthy. I had just had it detailed before taking my vehicle in for repair. There was dust on my dash, floor mats were dirty in the front, white matter smeared on the interior of my front doors, back window was filthy. I did not have any indicator lights on when I dropped my car off. My overall repairs look great, my representative was very nice and provided great customer service. But, it was an inconvenience to have to return to service king to get the airbag light turned off and they did. It offer to detail the inside, very disappointing.
