I was told by Meagan Patty to hold off on doing the survey until she was able to give me a feedback or the chance to see about my tail light getting fixed. The back tail light on the driver side was cracked but no one seem to know how it happen. Meagan said she would let me know the outcome after the 4th if July. I have yet heard from Meagan and it is August. The other few details that I saw when picking the truck up was taken care of immediately. Other than that the service was good.

Krystle and Courtney has been the most pleasant people I've come into contact with since going thru this last claim. I had a claim completed about a month ago with them both had been very professional, pleasant and very kind. Although I did not expect another claim I knew without a doubt I would be using Service King on Winchester again because of my previous experience with Krystal. Although there was an issue and delay with my insurance company Krystal was still there to assist in any way she could. She made me feel like I've known her forever. The service provided to me by her location is a rare process in customer service now a days and with Krystal she as a person has a compassion that identifies her a person.
