We worked with David at the church street Murfreesboro location and he was great. They got our odyssey van ready earlier than they said. Just in time for our family vacation! And worked a little late on a Friday night! They communicated with us often and were friendly everytime we spoke with them. Our experience was great and we couldn't be happier! Josh L

Great customer service. I was very pleased with how they interact directly with my insurance. Also, I appreciated that I did not have to call Service King to get an update on my car. Between the text and the personal phone calls from Service King I knew what was going on at all times. Keep up the great work!

The service was great and the technician was very helpful and took extra time to share information about the entire process of repairs and what to look for from the insurance company. I was concerned with having all original replacement parts installed and the Tech working on my vehicle made that happen and gave me some very good advice. Lane Davenport was my advisor and he went above and beyond the call of duty. Great Job Service King..Keep up the Great Work!!

This was my 2nd experience with this location. I was unable to give a perfect survey the last time as my car was given back to me very dirty inside. This time not only did the body work look perfect, but my car was returned back to me cleaner than I left it! They took the time to actually wipe down and vacuum the inside and wash the outside. I noticed and was so appreciative. Thank you!
