The receptionist. Eva. was very warm, compassionate and attentive even aa she qaa doing a myriad of other things. Mr. Coba was outstanding!! I will recommend this shop to others as well as use it again if ever necessary.

I was completely satisfied with the work and my experience with the folks I interacted with. My only negative feedback was with the wash job on the car after the work was completed. I had to go home an immediately rewash the car to remove all the water spots. You can imagine what that looks like on a black car.

Very happy with the work done, however, the bumper they used did not properly match the rest of the trim on the vehicle. It still looks good and good work on it, but better attention could be paid to the parts being used and how they match the rest of the vehicle

Kevin was easy to deal with. The office girl was very polite ,even the driver that gave me a ride was very polite. But the workmanship is not to a high standard. Giving me back my car that's not finished, is wasting my time. Now I have to keep going back for little things.

I found all IAC employees that I came incontact with during the repair of my GMC Yukon to be very professional and honest. The team was very prompt in sending us a tow truck and getting us into a rental and sending us on our way while our vehicle was being repaired. A special Thanks to Mr. **** and a job well done to his crew. Vehicle repair looks excellent and they even washed the vehicle. Thank You IAC!

Guaranteed my car would be done the next day as it was an "easy" repair. Was promised day after day it would be done "by the end of the day." Got it one week later with excuse after excuse. I will NEVER EVER bring my car back here or recommend this place to anyone EVER!
