There is still a small chip in the paint or it couldn't be removed with the paint cleaner. There is still a scuff near the door handle that was not taken care of. Next time I will not use the paint less dent remover and just do the normal body work and have it painted

I'm not an angry person, but I have to say this is the most angry/frustrated I have been in awhile. One I would have never been in this situation if I wasn't hit by another person and the only reason I chose to take my car into your guys care was because it would be easier, since you guys have an agreement with geico (the person's insurance who hit me). Obviously, it wasn't easier on me, since I got my car back and it's in worse condition than when I brought it in. Yes, the dents are gone, but now I have another messed up door on the drivers, which you guys are not going to fix cause it was not on the side that was hit. Another thing, you guys were suppose to fix the powerlock on the passage side and all you said was it was wire problems. Why couldn't you guys check the wires and fix it so the door works. I mean that is your job right? That was one thing that got messed up in the accident and was suppose to get fixed as well. All that was fixed was the dents and that wasn't even done right. There are swirls everywhere. Looks like im going to have to buffer it correctly myself. You guys left me with more problems to get fixed. How I see it now is I can't even drive my car because I have both doors that don't work properly. This is by far one of the worst experiences I ever had. I would/will never refer this shop to family and friends. I wasn't even close to being satisfied with the quality of the repair. My vehicle wasn't ready when promised. (Waited 5 days) My car obviously needs work, but I will not leave you to care for my car again. The only thing that was done right was I was kept informed during the repair process. On a scale from 0-10 I would give you guys a ****. And that is only because kelly keck was nice and so was the young lady working at the front desk. Other than that yall are not even close to deserving a 10 in my book.

Hood shock is bent. The mirror was not painted completely and therefore has spot on it. The door light stays on continuously. And my horn is not working.

I actually had one of the most pleasant experiences working with your company and staff! Management Kelly runs a very tight ship with a warm customer service demeanor, Carley is Awesome!! she kept me informed every step of the way!
