I was quoted to get the damage done on my trunk. There were two seperate scratches. One was all the way to the metal and the other I thought could be buffe out. The lady that looked at it said that the second scratch couldn't be buffed because she did the fingernail test and if it hangs up on her fingernail then it needed to be taken back to the metal and then painted. I went to ABRA because they had the lowest bid to get the work done. When I picked up my car the second scratch had not been touched. I called and they said they would fix it. Great!! I took it back, I waited for them to fix the other scratch, which was only about 15 minutes or so. They buffed as well as they could, parts of it was down to the metal. The lady informed me that I was only quoted on one of the scratches not both. I should have gone with any of the other quotes since they included both scratches which we talked about.

All I can say is 'wow'.
