I've only had my car back a couple hours but so far I'm very pleased. The front desk people were great. I love your use of text updates. BUT ... they aren't updating anything at all. They are pep talks. You could really use this great idea in much more effective ways. No pep talk ... tell me where things stand with my car. That would have thrilled me.
