The job was done on time and looked very professional.

Justin Hager was the one who gave me my initial estimate. He was very professional and courteous. After he gave me the estimate I let him know I was going to other businesses to get quotes, as well. He gave me his card and told me he would be happy to compare apples to apples if it came down to price. After going to 4 different companies, I came back to ABRA with the lowest quote I received with the closest match to his estimate and Justin came down in price (didn't match it, but explained in detail why he couldn't). That's why I decided on ABRA. Then Jake took me through the process of getting my CSR more accurately assessed and it was exactly as Justin described. I had no surprise charges, which was wonderful. Jake then called me throughout the repair process, keeping me updated and always asking if I had any questions. I both loved the attentiveness of the employees as well as the text updates I received throughout the process.

Jake is wonderful, an engaging young man who made me feel comfortable with all that needed to be done. He explained everything so I could understand and kept me updated daily.

My car was not correct once I got my key and went to review it. The manager came out and they kept my car.

She certainly rates a 10 in my book. I own four vehicles and if any of them ever need body repair I will bring them to Abra. My wife's Camry looks new.
