Great customer service!! By far the best I have experienced! I really appreciated the updates. I was always informed on the status of my vehicle. I never had to call because Justin kept me in the loop the whole way through the entire process. Again, thank you for the great work and customer service. :-))

Very quick, efficient and courteous. Considered customer needs. It appeared the management truely felt a pride of ownership in responsibility for ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. One negative was the multiple emails I received that were generated by the administrative staff. One initial contact email and a status update by management would have sufficed. Six emails mostly thanking me for my business with cutesy phrases quickly became an irritant like spam.

The entire experience was a nightmare for myself,my wife and your employees. Charles did a good job at keeping me updated. However when my car was at your shop it quit running or had a major mechanical problem it did not have before it went to your shop. I was supposed to have it back two weeks ago! I also noticed a small scratch on rear quarter panel I did not think was there and it looked fresh. My wife is 100 percent certain it was not there and is furious about the scratch. I understand it was my fault for a relatively minor accident, but this has been a living nightmare that is still going on! My car is now at NewBold Bmw waiting to get new fuel injectors put in which is about a 4400 repair. I was very lucky in some regards that my insurance company is paying most of the bill except for the cost of the injectors. So I am out if pocket almost 2k wich includes my 500 deductible! The car ran perfectly fine before going to your shop! I never, ever had a problem with it. The car ran fine the two weeks it was there, then bam all of a sudden it doesn't run correctly! I am in customer service, I understand things happen, you can't satisfy everyone, but I am a very easy going guy that doesn't **** about minor problems, but this was a category 5 **** hurricane that's still not resolved! I have a 50k car sitting at a BMW shop now that ran 100 percent perfectly fine! Ok there's my experience! Have a great day:)
