I really appreciate the updates Im receiving from time to time. I chose Abra first of all when i first call to set an appointment, the lady who answered the phone was really nice, thats why out of the five places that state farm gave me, i chose Abra glen carbon. Aside from that, when my husband brought our van for estimate, Mr Pandora was really nice, explains everything in detail and assured us of 100 % satisfaction guarranteed of their work, surely enough im glad we chose Abra to work on our damaged vehicle.
