my Jeep was taken in to be repaired upon receiving my Jeep the floor mats we're not in there I have been trying a month and a half to get my floor mats each time Troy said he would handle it and each time he never returned my call so a month and a half later I still have not receive my floor mats or a return call not very happy with customer service at all

Additional damage inside engine compartment was discovered once hood was opened/removed necessitating additional parts & labor than included in original estimate. Age of truck made locating required parts more difficult. Troy was extremely professional throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering any question I had. I couldn't be more satisfied & would recommend ABRA to anybody. Great communication and excellent workmanship!
