I will be highly recommending ABRA to my friends and family if they should ever need auto body work! The text message updates and phone call updates from Angie were very much appreciated. My car looks and runs as though it is brand new again!! I'm also very thankful ABRA offered to pop the dent out of my passenger door for a small additional expense although it was unrelated to the accident that caused me to bring my car in. The team also worked quickly to ensure I had my car back by the time I wanted it so that I could leave for vacation by the time I was hoping to. Very impressed with the service overall! It also looks as though the interior of my car was vacuumed, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprises. Thank you!

Angie in ABRA Redwing branch was very helpful. However, I was not very impressed by folks at the Rochester branch.
****) I dropped off my van on the 11th of July at Rochester ABRA. The van was not inspected for other dents/scratches when I dropped it off. I got a call from ABRA soon after asking me if it was okay for them to transport the van to their redwing branch as they were short staffed. I agreed to it. I was told I will get the van back on Wednesday the 13th of July or Thursday the 14th of July.
2) I contacted Angie at ABRA redwing to check on the status a couple of days later. She was honest and told me that this will take longer and the work will be completed only by the 18th or 19th of July. She was helpful and patiently answered all my questions.
3) When I went to get the van back on the 19th from Rochester ABRA, I noticed scratches in the front bumper right side. I asked them about it as I did not recall seeing that when I dropped the vehicle back. The person was polite and told me that they had made a note of it during the initial inspection. However, the inspection was not done and documented when I was physically present and I am not very happy about that. I still feel those scratches were not present when I dropped the vehicle off.
4) the vehicle was driven from redwing to Rochester and I had to ask money for gas expenses as I was not reimbursed without me asking. Overall, Angie was nice but I am disappointed with the other things.
