You called and texted me that my car would be ready on 5-21-14 and then gave me a 30 minute window (5:30-6:00 pm). Although technically correct, I couldn't get my car until 5-22-14. Please just be honest in the future and say "probably 5-22." I would have been fine with that. Your call and text caused me to make plans and then change them. The insurance company gave me several options and I picked you based upon past experience. This was the first time that I was disappointed.

Excellent craftsmanship. Looks better than factory original ! They were very quick to fix and return. When I picked the vehicle up it was cleaned and washed from the inside out. They are true professionals that I will use for the rest of my life. I recommend all my friends and family to go to ABRA for all their body work and glass needs. I was not at all involved in the initial decision making process of repairs to be done, or made known what parts that were either broken or damaged during the accident. It felt shady more from the insurance adjustor than Abra, but as a collisions repair shop making sure the customer is made aware of the extent of the damages should at least be offered. I had to ask and reiterate obvious damage which incurred from the accident.

I was told by one associate (Brian) that it might only take a day or less and when I called the following morning (Scott) told me it would not be ready until late that evening. Scott told me that no associate would tell me only one day and that everything in my situation is two days. I needed my car for an appointment that morning. When I picked up my car Brian apologized to me about the miss communication. Scott was wrong with the analogy he had on the situation. Not happy at all and will never go back

Great work however maybe choose a different parts dealer next time, especially for foreign vehicles and then maybe wrong parts will not be continuously ordered. Overall, great job.

We are glad we chose AABG. Our car is new and we really wanted it to look as new, no scratches. AAA was paying for everything and they did an incredible job with that. Besides the estimate was really high compared with the AAA estimate, we have to say that the job was done in the time we were told, and during that time we were regularly updated on how things were moving. No surprises is what we clients like!!!
