I know where my car is. Suggestion: est time to completion, current work, work left to complete, current hours into repair, technician notes, any issues.

This has been the worst experience I've had with Abra ever. I have to bring my vehicle back in so they can fix the rest of the damage they over looked. Horrible service, especially since they get paid for everything from the insurance company. This will be the last time I bring anything to them.

I have had an accident free life until three unfortunate events in one year. I first heard from an emoyee from a car dealership, that they srnd their their cars to Abra Autobody in Elk River because of the high quality work. I brought mine there and agree the work is beautifuuly done and also very timely. Kevin has been my contact there and has always taken care of me above and beyond what he is obliged to do. I've met several of the employee's and believe the work ethic and customer service is top notch. Thank you Abra Autobody Elk River!
