Your receptionist when I first called was rude to me, promised to call and never did. After a week I called again and spoke to someone else who was very helpful. Then the same woman called me to tell me my truck was ready, but she left a message that was very confusing. She stated that she was not sure if she had called before but just in case she had not she was calling again. The work that was done on my truck is great. Thank you.

Rick was attentive to what I needed and went out of his way to make it possible keep me up to date and let me know how the repairs are going great customer service the work done on the vehicle shows that you have a great team.the body shop guys probably get overlooked because as a customer we do not get to see who is actually doing the work overall I know everyone needs to come together to make the customer have the best experience at your place of business and you have found the right group of guys to make that happen.
