From my first impression right to driving away I give this shop a very high rating. Even before I made the decision to accept the estimate and have the work done with Abra, the service tech put my bumper back in place so I wouldn't add to the damage that had already occurred. That was huge since I had already gone to another shop and they let me drive away like that. That is when I decided I would most likely bring my car there even before is saw the estimate! Then I was pleasantly surprised to find he worked with me and various suppliers to get the price down. I'm extremely happy with the work done as well. I highly recommend Abra!
