I felt the management should of contacted me more to keep me better informed concerning my being able to leave the rental at there shop when I came to pickup my vehicle before I drove over 35 miles to get my vehicle but know one communicated that information and told me what my full cost of my part of the bill was going to be, instead I felt they added hidden charges I felt I was lied too from the very beginning what my cost was going to be!!!!
