I feel that the technician did a very good job on the repairs to my car. I would say I am very pleased with the work that was done. The body work and paint appear to be done in a professional manor. Abra was very good at keeping me informed and the job was completed when promised. Overall the experience with Abra was very good.

Everyone was great! They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I especially appreciated the communication aspect of my repair. Abra kept me up to date on the status of my repair and made me feel that my car was in good hands. They spoke with my insurance agent to make all the arrangements which I was beyond grateful for.
