Said it would be done Friday, was not done until Monday. Was not even done when I came to pick it up at 5 pm Monday when it was supposed to be done. Was missing an emblem which needed to be put on and was dirty and not polished like I have come to expect from past visits. I did not have time to check everything over since I was now late for coaching my sons baseball, I checked the tailgate lock when I got home and it did not work! Called Abra but ring no answer at 5:45. Left it sit and drove my wife's car since I need to lock things in the back and that is now not possible. Very disappointed I will need to arrange to bring it in again and find rides, and be without a vehicle that I need for work again. I also have a non locking tailgate that just got fixed that someone could easily steal where I work downtown. I am not sure what took so long and what the last minute rush was for, it did not have that much damage. Very disappointed I will have further expense in this repair after all the money I paid today in deducing and rental. Have given you all of my business in the past but I am not sure I would recommend or come back in the future, poor experience.

Everything went better than I expected. We thought, "ok, so we are getting our car fixed." We were given the royal treatment. The staff at Abra notified us and kept us informed daily. If I had to compare the service, we were at a 5 star hotel with chocolates on the pillows. Thanks for the great service!
