Great service and great job

I had an appointment to get my vehicle repaired on February 3rd, 2015. I dropped it off on that date and was told it would take about a week or so to repair. I asked to get a call with an update on my car that Friday and did not receive one. I called on Monday and was told that they needed to order a new bumper and they were waiting on approval from the insurance company. I know this was not ABRA's fault but i was frustrating for me. I than was told that my car would be done on the 20th after receiving the necessary parts. I called them on the 20th to see when i could pick up my vehicle and they told me that it wouldn't be done till later next week. I finally got to pick up my car on the 24th after not having it for 21 days. I guess my chief complaint would be that i was never contacted for updates. I always had to call and didn't even receive a call that my car was done. I would suggest to try to have better communication with your customers when plans and dates change.

Nice guys great service

All of the people at ABRA were great, even staying a little late so I could pick up my car when it was done. The periodic email updates let me know what was going on, and every interaction I had was absolutely friendly and professional. Thank you.

We were very happy with the quality of workmanship and the end product! There was an issue with the delivery date but they kept us up to date and were very professional! I will be back if I ever need bodywork done in any of my vehicles. I will also be recommending you if anyone I know asks where the best place to go for bodywork is!!

I was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere and loved the quick and excellent work done on my Jeep. I was also appreciative of the rental I was given while my Jeep was being worked on. Travis is very helpful and kept me updated every step of the process.
