Jay was great at keeping me up to date. The work was done beautifully and I received the Escape back squeaky clean and sparkly. The only recommendation I have is tiny. I normally don't like sales pitches for extra stuff when I go in for one thing, BUT while you had the paint out, I would have paid extra for touch ups on the little paint chips and a scratch. I never thought to ask so it's as much my fault. Thank you for a great job and I will recommend you to anyone who needs body work or glass.

Jay was awesome!! Great communication start to finish, even lined up the rental car while mine was in the shop. The results were wonderful, no detail was overlooked, all the way down to delivering my vehicle cleaned inside and out!!
