We were told our vehicle would be repaired in 2 weeks. It's been at ABRA since 14 November and still isn't done. We been told on 3 seperate occasions that is is done but when we went to pick it up and pay it wasn't done. We went to pick it up on Monday and the hood was on crooked and there were scratches all down the side so we left it there to have it done right. Now we are being told that there is a problem with the rear panel and STILL don't have it back. This has been a very bad experience overall.

I can't believe how awesome my car looks and how easy ABRA made the whole process for me. It is incredibly rare to find such sound work quality and customer service. I hope I'm never in an accident again but if I am, there's no way I'd go anywhere else. Thanks and stay blessed!

Nice people but very unorganized. I showed up for my scheduled appt and they said they were backed up and couldn't take my car but never called ahead of time. I was put on a waiting list but never got a call. After two months I finally had to call to get in. Then the rental wasn't set up for me when they said it would be. The work was great once I got in, but not all was complete so I have to come in again later. I might just choose somewhere else. Like I said, great people just poor organization
