Thank You for making a difficult situation seem less painless. I had my car back in 9 days after having to fix 4000 worth of damage. They tried to use a recycled.window and it was too scrat hed to meet their standards and ordered a new one for me instead of making it work...and still met a proposed deadline for my car to be back for my trip I had planned.
