Did not get an estimation on completion for 3 days. Only got an estimation after calling our insurance agency. Completion date changed a few times, was completed by the first estimated date. Had to return to have an adjustment and abra stated they were not responsible for it even though it was part of the repairs needed from the accident. Communication did improve after our insurance company called. Car was clean when returned
