I had a emergency out of town my dad was bleeding out of his nose and mouth so they put him in a medical induced coma. It's just very sad and had to be there for him. I didn't get the notice my car was done til a day late. The voice message seemed like they were angry that I couldn't pick it up right away. Everytime I talked to her she seemed very snotty. I am a repeat customer but will never use abra again. I don't even want to go in to pay for my car because of how I felt liked was treated I'm just sad and she didn't help. I will send someone else to pick up it up.
