The repair quality was excellent, and car was returned in spotless condition. The only flaw was estimated completion date. Estimators should be candid and honest with customers. Never promise a delivery date, fail to make good on the promise, and then not let the customer know. We experienced three such failed promises.

The repair work was satisfactory, the time it took to make the repairs was satisfactory, unfortunatly the vehicle was delivered to the wrong location.

The repair was done nicely and the people I dealt with were professional for the most part. I had a problem with not being called timely to be told the parts were in to fix the car - I actually had to call and inquire..which set the repair back a week. But overall, a satisfactory experience.

I thought y'all did a great job not only repairing my seat, but the cleaning job done on the car was exceptional. My car hasn't been that clean in a long time. Also, Randy was a big help and answered any and all questions that I had. If I have any car repairs needed in the future, I will definitely be returning to you guys.

Damages done on top of trunk and back bumper(major scratches)between the time the car was towed away and picked up.Already called Jason Blaire about it and Emailed Lori Gardner of Allstate Ins. Will also call Allstate 800 number about it on july 5th. Not happy about the fact it is something that should have been spotted right away on reception of the car but completely ignored. (See photos email sent to me by Jason Blaire)Cars should be inspected at all times by customers before being picked up.It was not the case today.
