Your rep David, was in constant contact with us pdating us with estimates and promptly returning calls. He made our experience very painless. We were explained in detail the estimate to our vehicle. Good service, generally a good experience all the way around.

Cup holder will not open. Windshield wiper light is on. Don't know why those would be affected but both were working when I dropped it off. I have not noticed anything else. Staff was courteous and responsive at all times. Pattie P

Not your typical by the numbers auto body repair shop. You get that family "circle of trust" feeling. Everything was explained clearly, communications was clear never has to wait, everyone could help assist me with any questions, and they did an "AWESOME!!!" job on my vehicle. Thanks and keep up the outstanding service, it doesn't go unnoticed.

Great work and friendliness. Only minor gripe would be I received a text and call that it would be done soon then nothing for a week. I followed up and was told the status and eta of completion. I called the next day at that time and was told the new eta. With a lot of communication over a almost 3.5 week job, I was hoping for the same over the last week. But great and helpful staff
